Return Policy

Because most of our products are special order / custom and are specially configured for each individual customer ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a customer experiences any problems with their order it will be addressed and corrected on behalf of Taillight Solutions. If an exception is made to this policy a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on the full purchase price and the original shipping / handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Please directly before returning any merchandise.

Any and all parts that are being returned to Taillight Solutions for repair, warranty, modification, custom tinting, etc. must include a Parts Return Form that is available by clicking on this button> 

2006 Model Year Owners

The rear fog lamp conversion harness for the 2006 Jeep SRT8 model is also plug and play but must be connected to your flat four trailer plug that should be located under the rear bumper on the driver’s side. You DO NOT have to remove the tail lights to install this harness. It is strongly recommended to verify that your 2006 SRT8 is equipped with the factory tow package and has a flat 4 connector. It is also recommended to verify that the flat four connector is active. The easiest way to do this is to purchase an inexpensive flat 4 harness tester and confirm that all of the functions (Left Turn, Right Turn, Stop, and Parking Lights) are functioning. Shipping Information

Most orders usually ship within 48hrs of receiving payment unless the order is considered custom. We always use USPS priority or UPS Ground. All shipping rates are based on the buyer’s location and the weight of the package. Shipping rates outside of the United States will be higher and we WILL NOT guarantee any delivery times or dates for them.

NOTE: Most orders to Canada are taking a minimum of 3 weeks to arrive when using USPS mail.

Order Information

PLEASE be sure to specify the year of your SRT8 and if you intend on using the stock halogen bulbs or LED's in the rear fog lamp housings when your order is placed. If I do not receive this information the order WILL BE delayed and you will receive a standard halogen bulb version harness for model years 2007-2010.

Warranty Information **

Our products and services carry a 1 year warranty or a LIFETIME warranty on rear fog harness kits against manufacturer defects. If you have any problems within the first year (or lifetime of ownership on rear fog conversion kits) of your purchase we will repair or replace the item at our expense. The warranties are NOT transferrable and the original proof of purchase will be required before any products will be repaired or replaced.

All of our electrical related work is always tested for proper and complete operation before being shipped. If you experience any problems please contact us for support before continuing with the installation. If we determine that the problem is installation related we will attempt to assist you or you will need to locate a qualified automotive electronics technician to complete the installation.

If it is determined that our products are damaged or defective due to anything other than a manufacturers related issue we will not be able to warranty the product and it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the repair or replacement product.

** All LED taillights are covered under the manufacturers  90 day or 1 year warranty. All associated labor is covered for 1 year by Taillight Solutions while any other coverage's would need to be obtained directly from the manufacturer of the LED's.

Due to the sensitive nature associated with vehicle electronics it is highly recommended that all electrical related products be installed by qualified personnel.
